Go to settings click on chat option after that click on chat history where you can find the option “Export chat”.
You need to click to Export chat button. After that you find the option include media where you also select file, photos and videos etc.
Choose the storage option where you want to save all your media.
Finally, they give you Google drive and Gmail application option where you can backup all your media file. After that you can delete your account.

Enter your phone number in full international format and tap delete my account.
